1. How do you order for pickup?
Select 'Pickup' on the cart page or at checkout. Pickup is available Tuesday to Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday10am-4pm, for same day pickup. We will send you an email notification when your order is ready.
2. Is your website secure with my information?
YES. Our site uses a third party firewall to insure that our servers and database are protected from all sorts of attacks.
We also use https SSL certificate encryption.
3. Do I need a prescription to purchase your products?
CBD products are legal in Canada. You do not need a prescription to purchase from us.
4. What Types of payments do you accept on your website?
We accept credit card payments or interact e-transfer. For credit cards payments, we can process your payment over the phone with our in-store credit/debit terminal.
5. What kind of postal service do you use?
For areas outside of Windsor we use Canada Post expedited parcel service for a flat rate of $10 (free shipping if your order is over $125 before tax)
6. How long until I receive my order?
LOCAL WINDSOR DELIVERY - Delivery for the Windsor area will be Thursday and Saturday between 4:30-6pm.
CANADA POST SHIPPING - We ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your package has been shipped you will receive an mail that will include your tracking number for delivery status.
7. Do you accept returns?
All sales are final, unless your received a damaged product by mail. In the unlikely case of receiving a damaged product, take a picture and send us an email to and we will happily exchange the product for you, at no additional cost.
