1. Is your website secure with my information?
YES. Our site uses a third party firewall to insure that our servers and database are protected from all sorts of attacks.
We also use https SSL certificate encryption.
2. Do I need a prescription to purchase your products?
NO. You do not need a prescription to purchase from us.
3. What Types of payments do you accept?
We accept credit card payments or interact e-transfer. For credit cards payments, we can process your payment over the phone with our in-store credit card terminal. The name on your bank statement will appear as 'EMPORIUM'.
4. How long until I receive my order?
We ship orders within 1-2 business days. We do not pack orders over the weekend or holidays. Do not worry your package will go out next business day. Once your package has been shipped you will receive an mail that will include your tracking number for delivery status. Shipping takes 1-7 business days depending on your location in Canada.
5. What kind of postal service do you use?
We use Canada Post expedited parcel service for a flat rate of $12 or get free shipping if your order is over $150.
6. Do you accept returns?
All sales are final, unless your received a damaged product by mail. In the unlikely case of receiving a damaged product, take a picture and send an an email at and we will happily exchange the product for you.
