Refund & Exchange Policy

Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchases. If you received a product that is damaged/defective, we will happily exchange the product for you. Please let us know within 30 days from the date you recieved the product.

 

Online Purchase:

Please let us know within 30 days that you received a damaged product by sending an email to info@cbdemporiumcanada.com. We do require details and photo(s)/video(s) of the product in question. A replacement will be issued, once verified as a manufacturer defect.

 

Pickup/In-store Purchase

Please bring the defective product to our store within 30 days of purchase and a copy of your receipt for proof of payment. We will review the product on your arrival, once verified as a manufacturer defect, we will happily exchange the product.
