Refund & Exchange Policy
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchases. If you received a product that is damaged/defective, we will happily exchange the product for you. Please let us know within 30 days from the date you recieved the product.
Please let us know within 30 days that you received a damaged product by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We do require details and photo(s)/video(s) of the product in question. A replacement will be issued, once verified as a manufacturer defect.
Please bring the defective product to our store within 30 days of purchase and a copy of your receipt for proof of payment. We will review the product on your arrival, once verified as a manufacturer defect, we will happily exchange the product.
